At Bareek Bini, we design our products with care, intention, and quality craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We offer a 15–21 day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Products must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
Returns requested after 21 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products

Used or damaged items not caused by transit
For hygiene reasons, certain fashion accessories may also be non-returnable (if applicable).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Bareek Bini is not responsible for lost return packages.
